Titan Hero Power FX Pack – Sold Separately?

The Titan Hero Power FX Pack accessory cannot be bought by itself and only comes bundled with figures.
I asked this question when I started looking at these figures too and I still see the same question over and over again.

Pricey but Compatible!

Buying a figure with a Power FX pack included can be over twice as expensive as the figure just by itself. However the best thing about the them is that they are compatible with every figure that has this port on their back.

This means it doesn’t matter which figure the pack actually came with, as it will work with the Star Lord, or Spider-man, or Thor, or Black Widow, or whoever. The pack will make sounds and phrases specific to whichever figure it is attached to.

  • Power FX Front Button
    Front – Press the button for phrases and sound effects
  • Power FX - back - port
    Back – plug this part into the figure

Titan Hero Power FX Launcher

The newest set of figures also has a port on their arm for the new Launcher accessory. This fires a missile out as well as having the sounds and phrases from a normal Power FX pack. The connection port on the back and the arm are the same, so the old and new packs are compatible.

The Power FX Accessories

There are currently 2 types of Titan Hero Power FX as of February 2020, but this is likely to grow:

  • the Pack included with figures from Avengers: Infinity War
  • the Launcher included with figures from Avengers: Endgame (plus a Spider-man comic one too)

We can see Hasbro continually evolving this accessory. The first time ‘sounds and phrases’ were in the Age of Ultron Titan Hero Tech figures, which are now difficult to find. These were built-in to the figure itself so meant it could not be shared between figures.

They greatly improved the situation by making the removable Power FX Pack, and for it to connect to figures using a common connection port.

Separately Hasbro also has an accessory that fire projectiles – sometimes called Blast Gear – which come with figures like the Rhino Spider-man.

This has culminated in the two accessories being combined into the Power FX Launcher . I’m excited to see what Hasbro will do next!

Where are you from?
Amazon is a safe bet, but almost every toy store I’ve gone to has them too, but the selection is usually quite limited. I will update my links soon to Amazon US stores soon, would that help?

Yes, it’s frustrating! Thankfully you can buy any character with a pack included and it’s usable for all the other characters! There are quite a few available, but try to get one from the Endgame and it will have sounds for almost every figure.
